NBA Car Show
The Newtown Business Association is having a Cruise Night on Sunday afternoon, July 19th featuring a caravan of classic and antique cars and trucks, model years up through 1995 through the streets of Newtown Borough and Township.

This event should present a welcome diversion during this time of limited gathering and social distancing will allow people to watch the parade of “Cool Cars” from the comfort and safety of their front lawns as well as virtually. Car show chairman Gerry Couch said, “We’re bringing the car show to the people this year”.
Pre-registered cars and trucks will assemble at a staging area, where a panel of judges will award winners of “Best in Class” in 5 categories: Pre-1959, 1960-1969, 1970-1979, 1980-1995, and Foreign cars up through 1995. After judging is complete, participating cars and trucks will be divided into groups and assigned neighborhoods in Newtown in which to cruise and show off their cars! The cars will shove off at 5:00 pm and the route will be publicized so that people will know when to watch for the cruise!
Interested participants must register at newtownba.org and are required to choose one of three registration fees: $10, $25 or $50; all proceeds to be donated to Bucks County COVID-19 Recovery Fund.
The deadline to register online for this event is July 10 or until spaces filled.

Rain or Shine NBA Events – The NBA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event if, in the judgment of the NBA, inclement weather may present a danger to participants or attendees. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the NBA reserves the right to decide whether an event will be rescheduled and if any fees will be refunded.
Out of an abundance of caution for public health and to help mitigate any potential for the spread of COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, this event will take the place of the annual Antique & Classic Car Show this year.
