Alexa’s Birthday Drive NEW
Please join us Sunday 6/7/20 for an important cause on Alexa’s 16th Birthday!
WE WILL BE MEETING AT WALMART IN NEPTUNE 12:30 PM
Leaving 1 PM-1:15 PM
Alexa’s Mom shared a bit of her daughter’s story and we’re hoping to make them smile.
Alexa was 13 when she had her 1st scoliosis surgery and required another one within the same year.
Unfortunately, both surgeries were unsuccessful leaving Alexa in pain and agony for several months. She’s been traumatized ever since, suffering pseudoseizures and screaming all day.
Alexa now has a severe case of Bartonella disease and a co-infection of Lyme disease which is debilitating and can be fatal. Before her first surgery, Alexa was a healthy, athletic girl. Now she’s mostly bedridden and in a fight for her life.
She has missed both her Freshman and Sophmore years in High School.
Alexa’s 3rd surgery is scheduled a week after her 16th birthday (6/4) and she’s petrified to say the very least.
Ladies and gentlemen of GSMC and any other groups reading this, PLEASE join us and help make this parade one Alexa will remember forever!!
