Chevy Stops Corvette Production Over Plant Fire Caused by Tornado

Chevrolet announced it has paused production of its Corvette sports car for the week of December 13 to repair damages caused by a fire that broke out at its Bowling Green, Kentucky assembly plant on Saturday.

The fire was caused by one of several tornados that swept through six states in the South and Midwest areas of the United States over the weekend. The storms have been responsible for killing over 90 people and in some cases, leveling entire towns.
